P5 Ceramics Lessons: Shaping Our Legacy, One Tile at a Time

Our Primary 5 students embarked on a creative journey into the world of ceramics through a series of hands-on lessons. They learnt to handle ceramic tools to create intricate textures and fine details, applying techniques such as scoring and appliqué to craft relief tiles featuring the Radin Mas Primary School Mascots.  Through glazing, students explored the use of colour and surface effects to enhance their creations while developing their skills in creative expression and craftsmanship.  These three-dimensional artistic creations meaningfully celebrate the school’s rich heritage and bright future this year as we mark our 100th Anniversary milestone.  Each tile represents not only their creativity and effort, but also their pride, identity and sense of belonging to Radin Mas Primary School — Our Second Home.
